When running a business we face so many challenges. We sometimes ask ourselves if this is worth continuing with. But we should not give up. We need to measure our progress. If we see even a small bit of progress we must push even harder. We are in winter now and depending on the type of business you are in, business is going to be slow as people will be indoors. This is then an opportunity to evaluate your business, see what you have been doing wrong and find ways to improve. Find ways and things that you can sell for winter, find other streams of revenue. We want to see progress.
